Albuquerque, NM (July 8, 2020) – According to the Albuquerque Police Department, a pedestrian was hit and killed by a motor vehicle on Tuesday night, July 7th. The fatal accident was reported on Rio Bravo Boulevard.
APD officers said that the driver of an unspecified vehicle struck an unidentified pedestrian in the eastbound lanes of the roadway near Junta Road. Emergency crews arrived at the scene where the victim was pronounced deceased a short time later.
An investigation into the cause of this incident is under investigation.
