Albuquerque, NM (July 17, 2020) – On Thursday afternoon, July 16th, authorities with the Albuquerque Police Department were dispatched to the scene of a two-car crash that occurred in the city. According to responding officers, the collision happened at approximately 1:33 p.m. at the intersection of 55th Street and Central Avenue.
APD officers say that two unspecified vehicles collided at the intersection for reasons that are under investigation by authorities. Emergency medical technicians were immediately dispatched to the scene where they diligently rendered aid to all parties involved in the crash.
At this time, the conditions of the victims have not been reported. Investigating officers with the APD are working to establish the cause of this incident.
