New York, NY (July 6, 2020) – On July 4, the New York Police and Fire Departments responded to the site of an auto collision on US-9. Just after 12:30 p.m., a white BMW sedan and a second white sedan collided in the 4800 block of US 9. The impact of the collision sent one vehicle involved up onto the sidewalk.
Both vehicles suffered extensive front end damages in the collision. At least one person involved in the crash was injured. EMS responded to the site of the crash to provide medical treatment to those in need. At least one person was transported from the scene to a local hospital for further evaluation. At this time, the NYPD is investigating the collision.
