Batavia, NY (April 26, 2020) – According to the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office, a bicycle accident involving a motorcyclist took place in Batavia.
According to police, a 17-year-old female was crossing the intersection of Route 5 and Wortendyke Road on her bicycle when she was struck by a motorcyclist.
The motorcyclist was identified as 27-year-old Joshua Fullmer.
Both of the victims were seriously injured and taken to a local area hospital via medical helicopters.
The accident remains under investigation at this time.
