Residential Fires in New York

Harlem, NY – Four Injured in Apartment Fire on Adam Clayton Powell Jr Blvd

From the year 2016 to 2017, authorities verified that deaths caused by serious fires rose by at least 50%. Recently released reports show that approximately 73 civilian deaths were the direct results of the numerous residential fires in New York that broke out during the above mentioned time span. After such a terribly harrowing and overwhelming event, it is absolutely crucial for all victims or bereaved loved ones to fully understand their rights and how to protect them as they begin moving forward.

Sudden fires break out all the time, and many are caused by no fault of the victims but by issues like faulty wiring or the criminal actions of another party. Whether a person or other entity is responsible for such an incident, it is important to know that there is no reason why surviving victims and their loved ones should be burdened by the extremely high costs that follow an unexpected injury. The loss of wages, price of hospitalization, and much more all add up quickly, and there is no substitute for compassionate representation that will fight for the justice you deserve.
