New York, NY (July 9, 2020) – One person was injured in an accident reported in the Garment District, according to reports. At approximately 9:20 p.m., on July 7, the New York Police and Fire Departments responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on West 6th Avenue.
Reports from police show that a pedestrian was walking through the intersection of West 42nd Street and 6th Avenue when they were struck by a cyclist. The pedestrian was injured in the accident. EMS transported the victim to a local hospital for treatment. At this time, the NYPD is investigating the incident.
