Westchester, NY (February 16, 2020) – A 70-year-old man was discovered unconscious and bleeding from a wound in his head, lying in the middle of East Hartsdale Avenue at about 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 16th.
He was transported to a local hospital.
Police reports reveal that the victim was walking along Central Avenue, turning onto East Hartsdale Avenue when he walked through the crosswalk and was struck in the middle of the lefthand turning lane.
The driver of the vehicle did not stop.
