Niagara Falls, NY (September 27, 2020) – A female resident of East Amherst has been charged with driving under the influence of drugs on Friday, September 25th after she hit a bicycle rider with her car.
According to initial reports, officers from the Niagara Falls Police Department arrested 27-year-old Gabrielle A. Kozik at around 5:30 p.m. at the intersection of Rainbow Boulevard and 1st Street after observing that she was exhibiting symptoms of intoxication.
Crash investigators did not offer any additional information concerning the collision or the post-crash medical condition of the cyclist.
