Norfolk, VA (March 27, 2023) – A pedestrian was left injured following a car crash that took place in the Norfolk area.
On March 25, the Norfolk Police Department and firefighters responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident that took place on Chesapeake Boulevard.
According to reports, at around 8:07 p.m., a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in the 3800 block of Chesapeake Boulevard.
The police and firefighters shut down a portion of the roadway as they worked to clear the scene.
Paramedics were called to care for the injured victim while on-site. At least one person was transported to a local hospital for further medical care.
The circumstances surrounding the accident are currently being investigated.
