North Fargo, ND – Double Fatal Motorcycle Accident on 14th St

North Fargo, ND (August 17, 2020) – Two people were killed in a car accident in North Fargo on the night of Saturday, August 15th.

According to a report from officers with the North Fargo Police Department, a 22-year-old man named Henry Kulor was driving southbound along 14th Street North when, for reasons that have yet to be determined, he drove through a stop sign and collided with a motorcycle.

After crashing into the motorcycle, Kulor’s car then collided with a utility pole before it came to a stop.

22-year-old Pierce James Kvien, a resident of Roseau and the driver of the motorcycle, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Kulor’s front seat passenger, 25-year-old Wein Zelee, a resident of Fargo, needed to be extricated from the vehicle after the accident. Emergency medical personnel transported Zelee to a nearby trauma center, but he too died a short while later.

Kulor has since been charged with two counts of criminal vehicular homicide.

Local law enforcement officers attending the scene have stated that alcohol consumption and speed both played roles in the accident.
