North Tonawanda, NY – Two-Car Accident Results in Injuries on Nash Rd near Duane Dr

North Tonawanda, NY (July 15, 2023) – At least one individual suffered injuries in an auto accident that occurred in North Tonawanda. Reports from police show it occurred just before 4:00 p.m. on the afternoon of July 13. 

Several emergency responders were sent to the crash site at around 3:40 p.m. on Thursday in order to help the people involved in the collision. Authorities say two vehicles crashed at the intersection of Nash Road and Duane Drive. 

What caused the accident to happen is still under law enforcement investigation at this time. Paramedics helped the injured victims at the crash site before transporting those with extensive injuries to area hospitals to receive further care. 

Local drivers commuting near the intersection were forced to use alternate routes while crews worked on the roadway. Police continue to investigate the circumstances of the crash. 

We hope for the full and fast recovery of those with injuries. No other details have been reported at this time.
