Oakland, CA (July 21, 2023) – A police report confirmed that at least one person sustained severe injuries in a two-vehicle collision in Oakland on Thursday afternoon, July 20, 2023.

The auto accident occurred at the intersection of 411 Brookside Drive and Fred Jackson around 1:10 p.m.

A grey Hyundai collided with a parked semi-truck under unclear circumstances, resulting in significant front-end damage to the Hyundai.

The California Highway Patrol (CHP) stated that at least one individual suffered major injuries in the wreck.

Unfortunately, further details about the incident were not immediately available.

Authorities are currently investigating to determine the cause and circumstances of the collision.
