Oldham County, KY (September 18, 2023) – A tragic accident took a child’s life on Saturday, September 16, 2023, along Interstate 71 in Oldham County.
At approximately 3:30 p.m., a Kentucky State Police trooper attempted a traffic stop on a southbound vehicle, stated KSP spokesperson Chad Johnson.
The vehicle, believed to be stolen, sped away.
The exact circumstances leading to the child’s death remain unclear.
The investigation is still ongoing.
