Orange City, IA (December 13, 2024) – Three individuals were injured in a rear-end collision on Jackson Ave, two miles north of Orange City, on Tuesday, December 10, at approximately 12:30 p.m. According to the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office, 20-year-old Logan Schroeder of Pella was driving a 2014 Ford F-150 southbound when he collided with the rear of a 2009 Chrysler Town & Country minivan. The minivan, driven by 28-year-old Tianna Soodsma of Sioux Center, had been stopped in traffic, waiting to make a left turn onto a private driveway.
The impact of the collision resulted in injuries to Soodsma and two of her passengers. They were transported by private vehicle to the Orange City Area Health System for medical treatment.
