Osceola County, FL (April 22, 2020) – A fatal collision with a semi left one woman, Denisha Glasford, 21, deceased Saturday of last week in Osceola County.
On N Kenansville Road, a crash occurred on April 18 when a Toyota and a semi-truck collided head-on for reasons still under investigation.
The driver of the Toyota, Ms. Glasford, was headed northbound on N Kenansville Road when a collision occurred with a semi traveling in the opposite direction. The crash caused Glasford’s Toyota to separate from its engine which then caught fire. Glasford was pronounced deceased at the scene of the accident.
The driver of the semi, who remains unidentified, sustained minor injuries in the collision.
Police, paramedics, and fire crews were present at the scene of the collision that closed down the roadway in the area for some time following.
No further information is available at this time.
An investigation is currently ongoing.
