Oxon Hill, MD (May 11, 2023) – The police in Oxon Hill confirmed that 29-year-old Kennard Hunter lost his life as a result of a pedestrian accident that took place on Monday evening.
Just after 9:00 p.m. on May 9, the Prince George’s County Police Department was notified that they were needed at the scene of a crash that took place on Oxon Hill Road.
Reports from authorities indicate that a vehicle was traveling north in the 6000 block of Oxon Hill Road when it struck Hunter.
Hunter was severely injured as a result of the crash. The victim was subsequently pronounced deceased as a result of the injuries they suffered.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
