Preliminary reports indicate that 69-year-old Edward Lee Harper Jr. was traveling eastbound in a 2009 Audi when he attempted to make a left turn onto Cheshire Road. Unfortunately, Harper's left turn cut directly in front of a westbound 2023 Honda motorcycle operated by 37-year-old Samuel Jarvis. The two vehicles collided, resulting in severe injuries to Jarvis.
