Authorities state that the Perry man was driving his pickup truck westbound when the vehicle unexpectedly crossed into the eastbound lane. The truck veered into a ditch, spun out, and struck a power pole on the driver’s side. The impact caused the truck to overturn and become airborne before colliding with a grove of trees.
