Head-on Collisions in Ohio
Head-on crashes, particularly those involving large trucks, often have devastating outcomes due to the force of impact. In cases where a vehicle crosses the center line, drivers in the opposing lane have little time to react, increasing the likelihood of fatal crashes.
State Route 104 and other rural highways in Ohio see frequent accidents involving center-line crossings, often due to distraction, fatigue, or adverse road conditions. Truck drivers and passenger vehicle motorists alike must remain vigilant to prevent tragic collisions.
For families who lose loved ones in fatal crashes, the emotional and financial burden can be overwhelming. Seeking legal guidance may help families explore their options for support, including insurance claims and wrongful death compensation.
