Pliny Township, MN (October 20, 2024) – A traffic collision occurred on October 18, 2024, at approximately 8:05 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 27 and 220th Street. The incident involved a 2002 Honda CR-V and a 2024 Hyundai Tucson, resulting in injuries to several individuals.
Preliminary reports indicate that the Hyundai Tucson was traveling westbound on County Road 2 while the Honda CR-V was heading southbound on Highway 65/27 when the two vehicles collided in the intersection. The driver of the Hyundai Tucson, 51-year-old Analyn Delacruz Nobis, was also wearing her seat belt and did not require hospitalization. However, her 16-year-old passenger sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to St. Mary's Hospital for evaluation.
