Plymouth, MN (September 13, 2023) – On Tuesday afternoon, a fatal three-vehicle collision occurred on Highway 55.
At around 2:22 p.m., a sedan and a pickup truck, both heading eastbound on Highway 55, collided with an SUV traveling north on Industrial Park Boulevard.
Catherine Regina Caron, 68, of Plymouth, who drove the SUV, died in the crash.
Meanwhile, the sedan’s driver, a 49-year-old man from Hopkins, sustained injuries but is expected to recover.
The 73-year-old driver of the pickup truck from Corcoran remained unharmed.
Authorities have arrested one driver on suspicion of criminal vehicular operation.
The investigation is still ongoing.
