Preble County, OH (September 18, 2023) – A 37-year-old man died in a UTV accident in the Lakengren Gated Community early Sunday, September 17, 2023.
Around 2:42 a.m., authorities discovered a Polaris UTV in a yard with the deceased driver, Bradley W. Cummins, 37, of Lakengren, nearby.
The initial findings suggest the UTV was moving south on Lakengren Drive.
It veered off the road, hit a driveway culvert, flipped, and landed on its side.
Cummins was thrown from the vehicle.
Alcohol might have influenced the crash.
The investigation is still ongoing.
