Prince George’s County, MD (May 19, 2023) – At least one person was left with injuries as a result of a car occurrence that took place on Wednesday afternoon in Prince George’s County.
The crash was reported at around 12:15 p.m. on May 18.
According to officials, a collision took place on Maryland State Route 295. The accident blocked the southbound lanes of travel just past Maryland State Route 410.
Emergency officials were able to remove the damaged vehicles from the scene. Delays in traffic extended approximately five miles from the site of the accident as emergency crews remained on site.
Injuries were confirmed as a result of this crash. At least one person was transported to a local hospital for medical care.
At this time, the incident is being investigated.
