Preliminary reports show that just before 10 p.m., a crash involving a tractor-trailer occurred on the westbound side of Interstate 66. The impact of the crash caused the truck to spill oil all over the roadway near mile marker 46.
Hazmat units and emergency services responded to the scene to provide assistance.
