Princess Anne, MD (April 1, 2023) – On March 31, the police and firefighters responded to the scene of an automobile accident that took place in Princess Anne.

Princess Anne, MD – Crash with Injuries Reported at Rt 13 & Market LnAt approximately 1:53 p.m., multiple vehicles collided on Route 13 at the intersection of market Lane.

The Maryland state police responded to the scene and shut down a portion of the roadway. Firefighters also responded to the scene of the accident to provide assistance.

Injuries were confirmed as a result of this accident. A child injured in the crash was airlifted by Maryland State Police Aviation (Trooper 4) and flown to a local hospital for emergency treatment. At this time, the number of injured victims is not known.

That crash remains under investigation at this time.
