Queens, NY (February 12, 2023) – On February 11, officers with the New York Police Department were called to provide assistance at the scene of an accident in Astoria that left a pedestrian injured.
The New York Police Department and local firefighters responded to the site of the incident and closed off the roadway near Steinway Street.
The pedestrian was provided treatment by responding emergency medical services. The pedestrian was then transported to a local hospital for further medical care.
The circumstances surrounding the crash are currently being investigated.
