Queens, NY (February 19, 2023) – The New York Police Department, New York Fire Department, and EMS responded to provide assistance at the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the Laurelton section of Queens that left at least one person with injuries on Saturday, February 18.
Calls for help were received by NYPD at around 4:30 p.m.
According to law enforcement, a collision between vehicles occurred on 143rd Road in the area of North Conduit Avenue. The incident caused severe delays in the area as emergency crews worked to clear the scene.
Emergency medical services responded to aid the injured victims. At least one person was then transported to a local hospital for further assistance.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
