Queens, NY – Auto Wreck with Injuries Reported on Merrick Blvd near 107th Ave

Queens, NY (July 16, 2023) – At around 8:30 p.m. on July 14, officers with the New York Police Department responded to an automobile collision that took place in the Jamaica section of Queens.

Crash reports produced by the New York Police Department show that a collision took place on Merrick Boulevard at the intersection of 107th Avenue during the evening hours.

Police and firefighters responded to the crash and immediately closed off a portion of the intersection while clearing the area.

In this accident, at least one person suffered injuries. Immediate medical response was requested to provide aid to the injured victims and assist in their transportation to nearby hospitals for medical care.

The New York Police Department is currently investigating the crash.
