Queens, NY (February 18, 2023) – A motor vehicle accident was reported in the Forest Hills section of Queens on Friday evening that left at least one person injured.
At around 7:30 p.m. on February 17, emergency crews assisted the police at the scene of a crash that occurred on Jackie Robinson Parkway.
Reports from the police show that a vehicle collision occurred on Jackie Robinson Parkway near Metropolitan Avenue during the evening hours. The incident prompted officials to close off several lanes in the area as they worked to clear the scene,
A victim of the collision received medical attention. The injured were attended on-site by medics for a brief time before being transferred to local hospitals.
Currently, there is still an investigation going on into the incident.
