Queens, NY – Injuries Reported in Accident on Grand Central Parkway near 168th St

Queens, NY (July 5, 2023) – Just after 4:30 p.m. on July 4, officers with the New York Police Department were requested at the scene of an automobile accident that occurred in the Hillcrest section of Queens.

According to official reports, a collision between vehicles occurred on Grand Central Parkway in the area of 168th Street. The crash blocked multiple lanes on the road, causing some disruptions in the area.

Emergency medical services personnel responded to care for victims who suffered injuries as a result of the crash. The injured victims were then transported to local hospitals for further care.

At this time, the incident is being investigated.
