Queens, NY (April 8, 2023) – At around 5:55 p.m. on the evening of April 8, a serious car crash caused injuries in Queens.

Responders including police, EMTs, and fire crews were seen at the crash site helping those involved. 

Reports show the incident occurred on the Jackie Robinson Parkway near Metropolitan Avenue.

Traffic was stopped back to Interstate 678 while emergency crews worked in the area. 

Police in Queens are still investigating how and why the crash occurred. Few other details are available to report at this time.
