Queens, NY (March 17, 2023) – An unidentified person who was riding a motorcycle was injured after being struck by a vehicle in the Murray Hill neighborhood of Queens. Authorities reported the crash at about 12:30 p.m. on Friday afternoon, March 17th.
A preliminary investigation shows that an unspecified type of vehicle entered the area of 144-40 Roosevelt Avenue, where it hit a motorcyclist. The driver of that vehicle reportedly fled the scene and no details have been provided and whether or not they were located.
First responders, including police and paramedics, arrived at the scene to assist the injured rider. The victim reportedly suffered injuries, but their current condition has not been specified at this time.
