Queens, NY (May 26, 2023) – A two-vehicle collision took place in the Queens area on Tuesday that sent one person to a local medical facility for the treatment of injuries.
Just before 8:00 p.m. on May 23, the police and firefighters were called to the scene of a crash that occurred at the intersection of 128th Avenue and 234th Street.
Reports provided by the New York Police Department indicate that two sedans collided at the intersection during the evening hours. The incident prompted officials to shut down the roadway.
Paramedics were called to the scene to care for one person who suffered injuries. The injured victim was transported to a local medical facility, where they underwent further care for the injuries they suffered.
The circumstances surrounding the crash are actively being investigated by the police department.
