Queens, NY (March 31, 2023) – A car crash in the South Ozone Park section of Queens was reported to have resulted in injuries at the scene. The accident, which involved two or more vehicles, occurred on Friday morning, March 31st, at about 10:59 a.m.
Police dispatchers sent paramedics and other responders to the scene of a multi-vehicle collision at the crossroads of 103rd Avenue and 113th Street after a call regarding a crash. Upon arrival, responders worked to locate any wounded victims and clear the wreckage.
Paramedics helped at least one person who suffered injuries in the collision. Those who required additional assistance were transported to nearby medical centers for further treatment. No information has been provided regarding the number of victims or the severity of their injuries.
Authorities are conducting an investigation to establish the cause of the crash. Updates will be reported when they are made available to the public.
