Car Accidents in New York

Queens, NY – Woman Killed, Driver, Teen Critical Injured in Crash on Long Island Expy

New York car accidents were shown to be liable for the fatalities of about 5.6 per 100,000 New Yorkers each and every year. According to local researchers, this information means that, on average, no less than 1,098 deaths are triggered by severe car wrecks on an annual basis. Many collisions are the immediate consequences of negligent drivers, and just about every injury results in high costs for the victims and their families.

After losing a loved one in a careless, reckless, or otherwise negligent New York car accident by no fault of the victim, it may feel like no amount of compensation could make you feel complete again. While it is true that no financial restitution can ever fully make up for your losses, filing a wrongful death claim against the responsible party or parties can go a long way toward helping you find some semblance of peace again.
