Queensbury, NY (February 28, 2021) – On Wednesday, February 24th at about 3:30 p.m., deputies from the Warren County Sheriff’s Office reported to the scene of a car accident on State Route 9 in the area of Glen Lake Road in the town of Queensbury.
Officials stated that 20-year-old Marcus Blair, a resident of Hudson Falls, was driving a Kia Forte northbound on State Route 9 when he lost control of his vehicle and veered across the double yellow lines, colliding with a Ford Escape driven by 59-year-old Carious Jones, a resident of Lake George.
Jones and Blair were both transported to Albany Med in serious condition.
62-year-old Susan Jones and a 1-year-old were also in the Ford Escape. Both were transported to Glens Falls Hospital with injuries believed to be non-life-threatening.
This accident is being investigated by the Warren County Sheriff’s Office.
