Randall County, TX ( July 22, 2023) – According to preliminary information, a passenger van was traveling east on FM 2219, while a Kia SUV was heading west on the same road.
The crash occurred on July 21st, 2023.
The van turned in front of the Kia, resulting in a collision.
The impact of the crash caused the van to spin into a pickup that was stopped at the intersection of FM 2219 and Dowell Road.
Tragically, the passenger in the van lost their life due to the crash.
The driver of the van was not injured.
Emergency responders transported the three occupants of the Kia to a hospital with injuries.
Authorities, including the Texas Department of Public Safety, are investigating the incident to ascertain further details and factors involved in the crash.
