According to reports, a 2015 Ford Expedition, driven by 47-year-old Ann Marie Aney of Rochester, was traveling west on Elmwood Street when it collided with a 2013 Chevy Silverado, operated by 26-year-old Theresa Marie Doerr from Preston, who was heading south on Highway 250. The vehicles made contact at the intersection, leading to a variety of injuries for one of the drivers.
Emergency responders from Preston Police Department and Lanesboro Fire and Ambulance were dispatched to the scene. Fortunately, Ann Marie Aney did not sustain any injuries and did not require medical attention. Theresa Doerr, however, suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to St. Mary’s Mayo Clinic for further evaluation and care.
