Rochester, NY (January 30, 2023) – A traffic collision with multiple injuries reportedly occurred in the city of Rochester, according to the Rochester Police Department. Law enforcement officials reported the accident at the intersection of Seneca Avenue and Route 104 on Monday morning, January 30th.
Authorities with the RPD say that at approximately 11:35 a.m., multiple motor vehicles entered the crossroads and collided with one other for reasons that are currently unknown. Major damage to at least one of the vehicles was reported, and emergency crews were dispatched to the scene.
Rochester police and emergency medical technicians responded to the crash site to assess the damage and help those involved. Ambulances transferred the injured parties to nearby medical centers for evaluation and care.
At this time, the conditions of the patients have not been confirmed. The official cause of the collision is being investigated by authorities.
