Rochester, NY (May 13, 2023) – Three individuals were airlifted to a hospital in Rochester after a collision happened in Ontario County involving a tractor-trailer.
Information from local authorities shows the collision occurred when a Dodge Avenger with three passengers was headed west on Cross Road at around 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 8. Sources say a tractor-trailer pulled into the intersection at County Road 6 and became involved in a crash with the Avenger.
All three passengers, ages 28, 30, and 27, were transported by medical helicopter to Strong Memorial Hospital with serious injuries. The driver of the semi-truck refused medical care at the scene.
The identities of those with injuries have not been reported at this time. Police continue to investigate.
