Rockville, MD (February 18, 2023) – The Montgomery County Police Department and firefighters were called to provide assistance at the scene of a motor vehicle accident that resulted in injuries on Wednesday afternoon, February 16.
At around 12:10 p.m., authorities were notified that a crash had occurred on Rockville Pike. Authorities arrived at the scene and closed off multiple lanes near Twinbrook Parkway as they worked to clear the scene.
Emergency medical services rendered aid to the injured victims. At least one person was transported to a local hospital for further medical care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
