Rome, NY (July 11, 2023) – A 74-year-old man from Rome, New York, was injured as a result of a motorcycle accident that took place in Oneida County on Saturday, July 8.
Reports provided by the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office indicate that Daniel Morgan was driving a three-wheeled Harley-Davidson motorcycle along the off-ramp from Route 365 at around noon on Saturday. For unknown reasons, his vehicle collided with a red 2001 Chevrolet pickup truck.
The pickup truck, which was driven by 42-year-old Steven Webb, was traveling south through the area of South James Street.
Morgan was injured in the accident. He was transported to St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Utica, New York, for emergency care.
At this time, the incident is being investigated.
