Roswell, NM (May 15, 2023) – On Sunday, May 14, a person was taken to the hospital after being ejected from a car in a collision outside of Roswell.
At around 4 a.m., the collision happened on Highway 380, and it was initially reported that the driver of a pickup truck carrying a trailer was on the road when they swerved to escape a head-on collision. The other driver struck the trailer, pinning them under the vehicle.
The injured party was flown to a nearby hospital for medical attention. Their condition is not known at this time.
The identities of the involved parties have been withheld. No further updates have been provided.
The cause of the collision is the subject of an ongoing investigation.
