Salem, NY (July 16, 2023) – Authorities confirmed that 19-year-old Zachariah J Miller and 18-year-old Patrick C Stone both suffered critical injuries as a result of a major motor vehicle accident that occurred in Salem.
At around 8:54 a.m. on July 14, authorities confirmed that a collision occurred on County Route 153 just east of Beatty Hollow Road. Upon arriving at the site, authorities confirmed that a 2008 Subaru collided with a tree following the incident.
The driver of the vehicle, identified as Miller, suffered significant injuries and was transported to Glens Falls Hospital for emergency treatment of injuries to the chest and head, and internal organ injuries.
The second victim, identified as Stone, was flown by life net medical helicopter to the Albany Medical Center, where he underwent emergency treatment for lower body injuries and injuries to the head and chest. The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating the incident.
