Saline, MO – Overturn Accident on Rte H Injures Two from Belton

Saline, MO (November 20, 2023) – A vehicle overturn on Route H, 47 feet after County Road 173, injured two Belton residents on Sunday, November 19. The incident happened at approximately 7:10 PM involving a 2005 Chevrolet Colorado.

Charles J. White, 65, suffered injuries, while Robert P. White, 67, sustained serious injuries. Both were wearing safety devices. The accident occurred as the vehicle, moving westbound, slid in a curve and overturned after the driver overcorrected.

Both occupants were transported to Fitzgibbon Hospital by Saline County EMS. The Marshall Fire Department and Saline County Sheriff’s Department assisted at the scene. Investigation into the crash is ongoing.
