Salisbury, MD (January 24, 2023) – A traffic accident took place on Monday afternoon that resulted in injuries. The police and firefighters responded to a traffic accident that took place in the Salisbury area at approximately 12:42 p.m. on January 23. 
According to law enforcement, a traffic crash took place near the Goodwill Retail Store and Donation Center located on South Salisbury Boulevard. One of the vehicles involved in the accident fled the scene.
The Montgomery County Police Department and firefighters responded to the scene of the accident to provide assistance.
Medics responded to care for injured victims while at the scene of the accident. At least one person was transported by ambulance to a local medical facility.
The circumstances surrounding the traffic accident are being investigated.
