Salisbury, MD – Injuries Follow Accident on Route 13 near Liberty St

Salisbury, MD (July 18, 2023) – Two people were transported to area hospitals for the treatment of injuries following a motor vehicle accident that occurred in the Salisbury area.

The incident was reported at around 6:20 p.m. on July 17.

According to official reports, a collision took place on Route 13 in the area of Liberty Street during the evening hours. The incident prompted the response of the Salisbury Police Department. Officers went to work quickly on securing the roadway to prevent further injuries or damage.

Two people were injured as a result of this accident. Medical personnel responded to the scene to care for the injured victims. Those who required further medical attention were transported to local hospitals.

The incident is currently being investigated.
