San Antonio, TX – Crash on East Nakoma and East Coker Loop Claims Woman’s Life

San Antonio, TX ( July 8, 2023) – A woman lost her life due to a collision that occurred at a high rate of speed.

The San Antonio Police Department reports that the collision occurred at approximately 7:20 p.m. on Thursday, July 6th, 2023.

The driver of a black Ford truck reportedly lost control of the vehicle while traveling eastbound on Nakoma Avenue at a rapid speed, according to the police.

The truck then crossed into the other lane of traffic and collided with a silver car, instantly killing the woman driver, who was 50 years old.

The truck driver remained behind with the police while three people inside the truck were taken to University Hospital.
