San Antonio, TX (September 13, 2023) – A concerning incident unfolded around 10 p.m. on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, near the I-10 and Loop 410 interchange.

Police reports indicate a woman drove the wrong way on I-10, caught on Transguide cameras.

Attempting to evade officers, she hit another car and deliberately rammed into a police cruiser.

SAPD officers spiked her vehicle and executed a pit maneuver to halt her.

Authorities arrested the woman, suspecting her of DWI.

Her identity remains undisclosed.

Multiple agencies, including the San Antonio Police, Fire Department, EMS, and the Texas Department of Transportation HERO unit, responded to the incident.

The investigation is still ongoing.
