Pedestrian Accidents on Highways
Highways such as US Highway 90 are particularly dangerous for pedestrians due to high traffic speeds and limited visibility. Crossing in areas not designated for pedestrians significantly increases the risk of fatal accidents. Factors such as low-light conditions and driver reaction times often contribute to such tragic outcomes.
